Studio

Mette Fredskild Studio is an interior design studio based in Copenhagen, whose work spans locally and internationally.

Our design process always starts from the needs and wishes of the client as well as from the unique character of the place. We are focused on the users experience rather than imposing our own taste. We are reinventing ourselves with each project by working on a unique conception, always seeking for the meaningful design solutions. Working with the new buildings we set up a new stenography for the future user of the space. Renovating the existing buildings we lift up the equality by adding new elements. Architectural transformation is about reading and understanding it.

Together with all the collaborative parts we make our projects from the first idea to the production both furniture and lighting.
